The Norfolk Association runs a yearly Competition, culminating in a Finals Day which coincides with the end of the League Season.

Historically, there have been two competitions for the men due to the number of teams entered. All teams are drawn for the Cup, and if knocked out in the first round they get entered into the Plate. Both competitions run as a knockout until just 2 teams are left for the Final. In contrast, the Ladies Trophy is run as a tournament with the final two teams being decided by most wins or points.

Any team can enter the Cup or Trophy - they do not have to be the same as the team in the Nofolk League, or even in the League at all! You could make your own team up of cross-team superstars!
