EGM Notice
Following the last EGM held on Tuesday 7th August an invitation was sent to clubs asking them to consider requesting a Vote of No Confidence in the current Association Committee. As Secretary, I have received the number of requests required to trigger a further EGM. One of the requests was received on a pre-prepared form which also called for amendments to the Constitution but as this was the only such request Constitutional Reform will not form part of the EGM Agenda.

The meeting will take place on Sunday 9thSeptember. It is anticipated that it will take place at UEA starting at 18.00 but the exact venue will be confirmed in due course.
On other matters:
All the 2017 - 2018 financial papers have been lodged with an external accountant who is checking through to produce an accurate balance sheet. There remains no disagreements regarding the overall balance but it is important that there is agreement on how spending has been allocated. The accounts will be presented at the Pre-Season meeting.
Draft minutes of the EGM will be with Committee members today and circulated in advance of the next EGM.
